What is your work related philosophy?
First and foremost, build personal and trusting relationships with my clients and coworkers by putting them first. From there, operate with integrity, treat people the right way, work hard, and provide first class customer service.

How do you help people understand the impact of their risk?
I get to intimately know all facets of their business and develop a strategic plan on how to mitigate their risks. We aren’t just selling insurance products, we are partnering with our clients to formulate strategies and approaches to ultimately make the process easy and transparent so they can focus on achieving their goals and being successful in what they do. Having worked as an insurance carrier underwriter for 3 years, I can bring great value to the client in working with hundreds of clients from a different side of the desk.
