How do you help people understand the impact of their risk?
First, I have to understand THEIR risks as everyone is different in the risks they face. This requires me to listen well. I think if people know you are listening to them with the intent to understand, they appreciate what you have to say.

How do you spend your time when you’re not at work?
I enjoy spending my time with my family.  I also enjoy a good book, a great coffee shop and travels to a unique destination.  And I can’t leave out karaoke, I like to get lots of practice in for my next job as a rock star.

What is your work-related philosophy?
My work philosophy is to work with our clients and to ensure that they know we value their business and that we sincerely care about providing coverage at a competitive price. There are so many different worries that a business owner carries, and it makes me feel like “job well done” when they don’t have to worry about their insurance. My motto has always been, if you help enough people get what they want, you get what you want.
