What is your work-related philosophy?
To be the best servant leader I can be. Whether that is elevating the client experience, or doing things that fall outside my typical area of responsibility I want my clients and my colleagues to know that I will do everything I can to meet them where they are and serve their needs to the best of my ability.

How are you involved in the community?
Board chair for First Tee Manhattan chapter, treasurer for our school’s PTO, member of Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for Kansas Emerging Leaders and coach my oldest son’s baseball team each summer.

How do you spend your time when you’re not at work?
Most of my time outside of work is spent doing life with my wife and our 4 children. When I’m not busy with all that entails, I enjoy spending time on the golf course or completing home renovation projects.
