How do you help people understand the impact of their risk?
I try to help clients assess their risks by asking questions to develop a deeper understanding of their unique situation. The more I know my client and their particular needs, the better idea I have of finding a product and coverage they want. I treat each case differently, as each client has varying sets of circumstances surrounding their risks.

What is your work related philosophy?
My philosophy is quite simple....."treat those clients, as you would like to be treated" when roles are reversed. For me, that is taking a genuine interest to helping my client to resolve their needs in a "pressure free" environment. I believe it is important to provide multiple options for clients to choose from.
