Make A Wish

Owen has Dravet syndrome, also known as Severe Myoclonic Epilepsy of Infancy, is a rare and catastrophic form of intractable epilepsy that begins in infancy, with an estimated incidence rate of 1:16,000 to 1:21,000.

Although Owen wasn’t able to speak, the expressions from him and his families face said it all.  Mom and Dad were around my age and super nice and upbeat.  After all they have had to go through, to be able to take their 3 boys to Disney World brought them to happy tears.  The attitudes and strength of this young family was truly inspiring.  Making today all about this boy and his family was everyone’s goal! 

This is why we made this our cause, to help in a small way impact the lives of good people and kids that have been dealt a tough hand.  I look forward to many more of these with many more of our people here.  We are just getting started.
