Sampson Promoted to Lead Benefits Program

Fee Insurance Group promoted Sarah Sampson to Employee Benefits Practice Leader on Monday, January 23rd. Sampson has been with Fee Insurance since June 2014.

Sampson’s primary role will be to develop and oversee the operational systems for the employee benefits program. She will be tasked with creating new and innovative ways to communicate with clients about offering a robust and affordable benefits package to their employees, while staying up-to-date with changes to federal regulations.

“The health insurance landscape is a moving target and has created confusion and budgetary problems for employers,” said Allen Fee, CEO of Fee Insurance Group. “Sarah has a deep understanding of the challenges that our clients are facing and is highly skilled at communicating options. Those taking part in our benefits program find her knowledge to be invaluable.”

Sampson has more than 10 years of employee benefits experience, including seven year of service to clients through brokerages, and three years as the Vice President of Client Services for Benefit Management, Inc.
